During the reign of king rama V of Siam, whenever a banquet
given to the governor. After the party have ended the large portion of the
beef dish but the main lady chef doesn't want to waste it.  She desided to
remake in to this dish call "the governor's curry". (Keang Ranjuan in Thai)
